The police emphasized that all movement and entry into the facility is strictly monitored, and access is allowed only to authorized persons, including police officers, close protection units, institutional officials, and individuals granted special permission. No civilians are permitted entry under any circumstances.

The Kosovo Police, in response to media inquiries and reports regarding alleged abuses and activities at the “Radojičić Villa” in North Mitrovica, clarifies and informs the public that:
Since taking the facility under security supervision, the Kosovo Police has deployed units of various profiles to ensure the safety of the object and its surrounding area.
The facility is secured by police officers and is under 24-hour CCTV surveillance, monitored by police units and the operations center.
All movements and entries into the facility are monitored by the police, and access is granted only to authorized personnel such as police officers, close protection officers, institutional officials, and other individuals with special permission. No unauthorized persons or civilians are allowed access.
Based on police procedures, strict monitoring, and continuous video surveillance, we inform the media and the public that no illegal activity or any incident as alleged by certain individuals in the media has occurred at this location.
The Kosovo Police will continue to ensure security across the entire country, including this facility in North Mitrovica, and will keep the public and media properly informed in order to prevent misinformation and defamation of officials responsible for maintaining security and constitutional order.
