The Organization of War Veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) has called for protests today in several municipalities across Kosovo, in opposition to the verdict issued by the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague against the former leaders of the KLA.
Citizens have gathered for protests in Podujevë, Ferizaj, Suharekë, Malishevë, Deçan, Gjilan, Mitrovicë, Vushtrri, Istog and Rahovec.
Protests are also expected to take place in Kaçanik and Drenas, while a protest in Prizren has been announced for 7:00 p.m.
