The President of the Republic, Vjosa Osmani, following the recent terrorist attack on Kosovo’s vital infrastructure, held meetings today with the Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci, the Commander of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF), Lieutenant General Bashkim Jashari, and the Director of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency (KIA), Petrit Ajeti.
Through a post on the social media platform Facebook, the Presidential Office’s Information Office announced that these meetings focused on the situation caused by the attack on the Ibër-Lepenc canal and the measures undertaken by state institutions to manage the crisis.
“Following the recent terrorist attack on Kosovo’s vital infrastructure, President Vjosa Osmani held meetings today with the Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci, the Commander of the KSF, Lieutenant General Bashkim Jashari, and the Director of the KIA, Petrit Ajeti. During these meetings, discussions centered on the situation caused by the attack on the Ibër-Lepenc canal and the measures undertaken by our institutions to manage the resulting crisis. President Osmani expressed high appreciation and gratitude to all Kosovo institutions for their successful management of the situation,” the statement reads.
