Registration of New MPs in the Kosovo Assembly Begins

Today, the registration of newly elected MPs in the Kosovo Assembly has begun, following the recent parliamentary elections.

The registration of MPs started today at 09:00 AM, and throughout the day, MPs from the Vetëvendosje Movement, the first party to emerge from the February 9th elections, will be registered.

The registration process will continue in the coming days. Tomorrow, Friday, MPs from the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) and the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) will be registered.

On Monday, the registration will continue with MPs from the AAK-Nisma coalition and those representing minority groups.

Additionally, the Acting President of the Kosovo Assembly, Glauk Konjufca, met with political party leaders on April 8th to discuss preparations for the constitutive session. This session is scheduled for April 15th, as announced by the country’s president, Vjosa Osmani.
