A citizen of Serbia was escorted to the police station at the Bernjak border crossing point after police control found and confiscated two OC sprays in his possession.
According to the Police, the incident occurred on Monday around 11:20 and has been initiated as a case of “unauthorized possession of weapons.”
After being taken to the police, the suspect was interviewed by the competent authorities.
By decision of the prosecutor, he was released in regular procedure, while investigations into the case continue.
