Police of Kosovo continues to intensify efforts to improve road safety, as part of the ROADPOL operational plan, carrying out concrete duties in the field.
The focus of this action is increased traffic controls and the identification of drivers who violate traffic rules, especially those exceeding the speed limit.
Police patrols have been reinforced on the roads, while checkpoints have been set up in various areas, both in urban centers and on main highways.
In addition, continuous monitoring is being carried out using both static and mobile radar systems, with particular attention given to drivers who exceed permitted speed limits.
