Abelard Tahiri, MP from the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), said tonight on Klan Kosova that the responsibility for forming the government currently lies with the first-ranking party.
According to him, if that party fails to secure a parliamentary majority, then PDK will make its own attempt.
“The ball is with the first party it’s up to them to form a parliamentary majority. I don’t know if they will succeed; most likely, they won’t. Then we, as the Democratic Party of Kosovo, with our nominee Mr. Hamza, will try to form the government. If we succeed, that’s great if not, then of course the country must go to elections. It cannot remain blocked,” he stated further.
