Six MPs from the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) have openly rejected the agreement reached between Albin Kurti and Lumir Abdixhiku over the nomination of Bekim Sejdiu.
The six MPs are:
- Avdullah Hoti
- Hykmete Bajrami
- Kujtim Shala
- Armend Zemaj
- Arben Gashi
- Janina Ymeri
The announcement came after the LDK Parliamentary Group met on Tuesday to discuss the agreement with Vetëvendosje.
LDK leader Lumir Abdixhiku described the dissent as “division”, while making clear that he intends to be present in the Assembly when the vote takes place.
