The Kosovo Security Force Prepares for Urban Combat and Mine-Infested Terrain Challenges

The Kosovo Security Force has successfully completed the basic course for “Combat Engineers,” as part of its efforts to enhance professional capacities in one of the most sensitive and strategic areas of the military, reports Rks News.

This training was conducted under the guidance of instructors from the Combat Engineer Regiment of the National Guard and supported by instructors from the Doctrine and Training Command and the Land Forces Command.

“Students were trained in basic combat engineering skills, including field fortifications, urban warfare fortifications, crossing water obstacles, setting and clearing explosive obstacles, and navigating minefields. The course aimed to increase the operational capabilities of the students on the battlefield,” states the FSK announcement.
