Tragedy in Ukraine: Russian Bombs Hit Two Buses, 30 Killed and 18 Injured

At least 30 people have been killed and 18 others injured after a Russian attack struck two public buses in the city of Kramatorsk, in the eastern Donetsk region, Ukrainian authorities said.

The attack occurred at around 10:00 a.m. as the buses were carrying passengers. According to the authorities, they are believed to have been hit by high-precision guided aerial bombs.

The Kramatorsk City Council said public transportation had been suspended following the attack, while authorities continued working to determine the full extent of the damage.

Russian attacks were also reported in Kyiv, where two people were found dead following a drone strike on a building, while two others were injured. Earlier, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko had reported one death and 11 injuries in the Russian attacks.

Ukraine’s Air Force said Russia had launched 142 drones overnight, while Ukrainian air defenses had shot down or neutralized 126 of them.
