🇺🇸 U.S. President Donald Trump has accused Iran of committing a “reckless” violation of the ceasefire agreement, claiming Tehran launched at least four drones toward vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz.
In a post on his Truth Social platform, Trump alleged that one drone directly struck the upper deck of a large commercial cargo ship, causing damage but allowing the vessel to continue its voyage.
He also claimed that U.S. forces successfully shot down the other three drones.
“It is obvious that this is a reckless violation of our ceasefire agreement,” Trump wrote, warning that Iran’s actions undermine efforts to preserve stability in the strategically vital waterway.
