Ukraine’s military has dismissed Moscow’s claims that Russian forces have fully regained control over the Kursk region, stating that operations are ongoing in the border areas.
“The enemy’s statement about the defeat of Ukrainian forces is nothing more than propaganda tactics,” said the head of Ukraine’s General Staff in an official statement.
“There is no risk of our troops being encircled, although the situation on the ground remains difficult,” the statement added.
