The Ukrainian army lost up to 305 troops in the area of responsibility of Russia’s Southern Battle Group over the past 24 hours, said the group’s spokesperson, Yevgeny Tretyakov.

“Units of the Battle Group Center improved their tactical positions while conducting active offensive operations, inflicting losses on groups from two Ukrainian mechanized infantry brigades, two territorial defense brigades, and one national guard brigade near Petrovka, Shcherbinovka, Kramatorsk, Slavyansk, Chasovoy Yar, and Seversk. Ukrainian forces lost up to 305 troops in 24 hours,” he said.

The enemy also lost eight armored combat vehicles, including HMMWVs, nine vehicles, six field artillery pieces — three of them of Western manufacture — along with two electronic warfare stations and six ammunition depots, Tretyakov added.
