The Assembly of Kosovo has begun the voting process for the election of the country’s president.
The proposed candidates for the position are Feride Rushiti and Hatixhe Hoxha.
The commission overseeing the process was approved with 64 MPs present in the chamber, all from the ruling majority, as opposition parties refused to attend the session.
To meet the quorum required for the first two rounds of voting, at least 80 MPs must be present in the hall.
