Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić emphasized tonight that the representatives of Kosovo have never wanted dialogue and that their main goal is the expulsion of Serbs.

In an interview for TV Pink, when asked about the new meeting between Serbian and Kosovo negotiators in Brussels, Vučić stated that there has never been any real dialogue or conversation.

“They have never wanted dialogue. We have never had a real dialogue or conversation. They have always tried to use tricks to blame Serbia,” he explained.

Vučić referred to the representatives of Kosovo as people who embody the regime of Enver Hoxha.

“Some say they are Stalinists, but I wouldn’t even honor them with that. It is an anarchist, Marxist, Hoxhaist ideology, whose first goal is the expulsion of Serbs, the destruction of the Serbian people in Kosovo, and anything that can be done against Serbia,” he emphasized.

He added that when such a goal exists, but there are no economic results or new factories, it becomes clear what their intentions are.

“They don’t want dialogue and negotiations, and they claim to be a sovereign state, saying they have nothing to discuss. When you see that, you know you are in a difficult situation because the other side does not want to talk about anything,” he added.

Vučić stated that he does not believe better days are coming but expects countless problems.

“We are preparing for the assembly, for our measures, to help our people,” he said.

Vučić pointed out that he noticed that Kosovo has today announced the opening of the bridge in Ibër for the entire day, and he said that he will see if NATO will keep the promise it made to Serbia by not allowing the bridge to be opened.

When asked about the working lunch that will be organized tomorrow by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen for Western Balkan leaders, Vučić said that it is an important meeting where the growth agenda, necessary reforms for the single European market – which, he adds, implies the former single Balkan market – will be discussed.

“I believe it will be an important meeting where the president of the European Commission will announce that Marta Kos will lead the department responsible for EU enlargement, and we will be introduced to the new agenda. I believe it will be a fair discussion, and it depends on Pristina and Sarajevo,” he said.
