According to an official media announcement, the day’s agenda includes tributes, commemorations, and an official ceremonial assembly, reflecting the capital’s dedication to preserving Kosovo’s historical legacy and national identity.

- 09:00 – Tributes at the grave of former President Ibrahim Rugova
- 09:15 – Tributes at the grave of prominent activist Adem Demaçi
- 09:30 – Homages at the Martyrs’ Cemetery of the capital Prishtina
- 10:30 – Solemn session of the Prishtina Municipal Assembly
