12 Injured After Bus Crashes Into Cars and Tree in Berlin

A serious traffic accident occurred in Berlin, where a bus collided with several vehicles before crashing into a tree.

According to initial reports from foreign media, at least 12 people were injured in the incident.

Fire officials stated that one person sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital by helicopter. The other injured individuals suffered lighter injuries and were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.

The accident happened in the Gatow area around 1:30 PM, in the southern part of the Spandau district.

Authorities reported that the bus first struck several cars before crashing into a tree. The exact cause of the accident remains unclear and is currently under investigation.

More than 50 firefighters were deployed to the scene, carrying out rescue operations and securing the area.
