Ambassadors of the QUINT countries have left the Government building in Kosovo following the latest political developments related to the presidential issue.
According to reports, the ambassadors remained inside the government building for around one hour, where discussions are believed to have focused on the ongoing political situation in the country.
The meeting comes shortly after Vjosa Osmani, the President of Kosovo, held a press conference and officially announced the dissolution of the Assembly, a move that sends the country toward new parliamentary elections.
The visit of the QUINT diplomats highlights the close international attention to Kosovo’s institutional developments, particularly after the failure of the Assembly to complete the process for electing a new president.
Further details about the discussions held during the meeting have not yet been officially disclosed.
