The Kosovo Police have opened an investigation into a suspected case of incitement of division and intolerance after unknown individuals tore a flag in South Mitrovica.
According to the police report, the incident was reported on March 5, 2026, around 2:40 a.m. at “Adem Jashari” Square. Authorities are working to identify those involved and determine the motive behind the act.
