The Ad Hoc Committee for the selection of candidates for the Board of the Radio Television of Kosovo has completed the interview process.
In an official statement, the Assembly of Kosovo said that “the entire process was open, transparent, and monitored by civil society, and was conducted within the legally निर्धारित deadlines.”
For six positions on the RTK Board, the committee has proposed 12 candidates for voting in a plenary session: Valmirë Thaqi, Flokart Aliu, Gëzim Brahaj, Fatos Mustafa, Arbërore Riza, Xheraldina Cërnobregu, Njomza Beqiri Novosella, Anita Toqi, Lulzim Beqiri, Fatmir Podrimaj, Ilirjan Himaj, and Avni Zuka.
Out of these 12 candidates, the Assembly will elect six members to the RTK Board.
For one board position representing the Serb community, the committee has proposed Ivana Milić and Vidosav Kostović. Meanwhile, for one position representing other non-majority communities, the proposed candidates are Anesa Čolaković and Aldin Šabani.
