Residents of Prishtina will now have an easier way to dispose of bulky household waste thanks to a new service launched by the Capital’s Directorate of Public Services.
Through the online platform “mbeturinat.com,” citizens can schedule the collection of old furniture, broken refrigerators, tables, and other unwanted large items directly from their homes.
According to the announcement, residents simply need to access the platform, choose a suitable date, and book an appointment online, while municipal teams will collect the waste free of charge directly from their doorstep.
The Municipality of Prishtina has also urged citizens not to leave bulky waste near garbage containers or on the streets, emphasizing that the service is intended to improve waste management and help keep the city cleaner.
“Fast, easy, and hassle-free,” the Directorate of Public Services stated in its announcement.
