Ukraine’s National Police has released a video that it says shows a Russian drone pursuing and attacking a man selling goods at a market in the city of Kherson.
According to Ukrainian authorities, the 52-year-old vendor survived the attack but suffered blast trauma, a concussion, and shrapnel injuries.
Officials described the tactic as a “human hunt,” in which drones allegedly track civilians before dropping deadly explosives. Ukrainian law enforcement says it is documenting the incident as another alleged Russian war crime.
