Three people were killed and five others were injured by Russian bombing in Ukraine. The attacks took place in the village of Ulakly in Ukraine’s eastern Donetsk region.

The local governor, Vadym Filashkin, in a post on the Telegram platform, writes that “The village was hit by cluster munitions. Administrative buildings, a private house, a shop and eight cars were damaged.”

On Friday, Russia’s president proposed a ceasefire in Ukraine, but it was rejected by Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Zelensky and other world leaders.
