The first National Observatory and Planetarium of Kosovo (OPKK) was opened on Wednesday, June 19, in the village of Rashinca in the Municipality of Shtime.

It will be accessible to the public from June 20, REL reported.

The organization Astronomy Outreach of Kosovo (AOK) hopes that this will start a “new era of integration, research and scientific research for the people of Kosovo”.
