Ukraine has begun using specially designed drones to evacuate wounded soldiers from the front line.
The manufacturer, Skyfall, announced that its drone, called “Stargate,” has successfully transported two wounded soldiers, covering a distance of 15 kilometres each way.
The drone can reach speeds of up to 105 kilometres per hour and is designed to transport wounded personnel from areas where intervention by vehicles or ground teams would be dangerous.
The use of this technology aims to speed up medical evacuations and reduce risks to rescue teams operating near the front line.
