US President Joe Biden kicked off his campaign rally in Madison, Wisconsin, by wishing the crowd a happy 4th of July and reiterating his plans to stay in the presidential race.
“You probably heard we had a little argument last week,” he said. “I can’t say it was my best performance. But since then, there has been a lot of speculation. ‘What’s Joe going to do? Will he stay in the race? Will he drop out? What is he going to do?'”
“Well here’s my answer: I’m running and I’m going to win again,” he added, CNN reports.
