The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Luxembourg, Xavier Bettel, is on an official visit to Kosovo, where he will hold a series of meetings with the highest representatives of Kosovo’s institutions.
Bettel begins his visit with a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Donika Gërvalla, to discuss deepening bilateral cooperation.
After this meeting, at 1:55 PM, he will be received by Kosovo’s First Deputy Prime Minister, Besnik Bislimi, at the Government building, where both leaders will discuss relations between the two countries. In a special ceremony, Bislimi and Bettel will sign a memorandum of understanding to strengthen cooperation.
The memorandum aims to bring new projects that will enhance the ties between Kosovo and Luxembourg. At the end of his visit, Bettel will meet with the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, in an official meeting where common topics and Luxembourg’s support for Kosovo in the international arena will be discussed. This visit reflects Luxembourg’s commitment to supporting Kosovo on its path to development and integration.
