Arben Fetoshi, a distinguished professor at the University of Pristina, has been appointed as the new director of the Octopus Institute. A Leader in Communication and Media
Professor Fetoshi teaches at the Faculty of Philology, Department of Journalism, and holds a PhD in Journalism and Communication Sciences. His leadership experience includes serving as the director of Radio RTK, where he played a pivotal role in advancing media development in Kosovo.
