Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, has reacted to the devastating tragedy in Kočani, North Macedonia, expressing his deepest condolences to the families of the victims.
Rama conveyed his heartfelt sympathy to the people of North Macedonia and called for strength and resilience for those affected. “With a profound sense of sorrow, I send my condolences to my brothers and sisters in North Macedonia for the great tragedy in Kočani. I am at a loss for words, and I pray for the swift recovery of the injured and for the families of the victims to find the strength to cope with their irreplaceable loss,” Rama wrote.
He also extended condolences to Macedonian Prime Minister, Dimitar Kovačevski, and the authorities of the neighboring country, reaffirming Albania’s readiness to provide any assistance necessary during this difficult time.
