Kosovo Police’s Special Intervention Unit (NJSI) has successfully completed an intensive five-week SWAT course led by the U.S. Anti-Terrorism Assistance (ATA) Program.
The U.S. Embassy in Prishtina, through an official statement, congratulated the unit members on the successful completion of this specialized training, emphasizing that their advanced preparedness strengthens security cooperation between the United States and Kosovo.
“Congratulations to the Special Intervention Unit of the Kosovo Police for completing the 5-week SWAT course led by the Diplomatic Security Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program. Your training strengthens U.S.–Kosovo security cooperation and keeps the U.S. Embassy and our countries safe. Thank you for your service and dedication,” the statement reads.
