Lawyer Ardian Bajraktari has announced that the Basic Court in Pristina has rejected the lawsuit filed by the group “No Cent More” against the Energy Regulatory Office (ZRRE) over the decision to increase electricity prices by 16.1%.
Bajraktari stated that they will appeal the decision to the Court of Appeals, and the appeal is already prepared.
“I have received the ruling from the Basic Court in Pristina, which rejects our request to file a lawsuit against the Energy Regulatory Office (ZRRE). Now, the appeal to the Court of Appeals is ready,” Bajraktari wrote on Facebook.
