Nine people have been killed in a Russian drone strike on a passenger bus in northeastern Ukraine, according to local officials.
The Sumy regional administration announced that four other people were injured in the town of Bilopillia in the early hours of Saturday, reports the BBC, as relayed by Rks News..
Doctors, emergency services, and police are currently at the scene.
The reported attack occurred just hours after Russia and Ukraine held their first direct peace talks since 2022.
