President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, continued her official visit to Switzerland, where she was received with state honors by her Swiss counterpart, Karin Keller-Sutter.

On the second day of the visit, Osmani visited the cantons of Thurgau and St. Gallen, which are also the birthplaces of President Keller-Sutter. She was warmly welcomed by the local Swiss authorities.

In a post on Facebook, Osmani expressed her deep appreciation for the hospitality and values that define Switzerland, describing the country as a model to follow in many areas.

“We began the second day of our state visit to Switzerland in the cantons of Thurgau and St. Gallen, which are also the birthplace of President Karin Keller-Sutter.

It was a pleasure to experience firsthand the rich history, unique culture, and innovation that make Switzerland an inspiring example for the whole world,” Osmani wrote.

The visit further strengthens bilateral ties between Kosovo and Switzerland, a country known for its significant support to Kosovo and a large Kosovar diaspora.
