According to Merseyside Police, a car struck several pedestrians on Water Street, near the city center.

Liverpool City Council has stated that it is “cooperating” with Merseyside Police following reports of a vehicle ramming into pedestrians during the Liverpool FC Premier League victory parade.
A spokesperson for the Liverpool City Council said:
“We are currently working with Merseyside Police regarding an incident on Water Street in the city center.”
There is a heavy presence of police and emergency teams at the scene.
