The leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Memli Krasniqi, has extended his Eid al-Adha (Kurban Bajram) greetings to the people, emphasizing the importance of mercy, forgiveness, and closeness in both social and personal life, Rks News reports.
In a Facebook post, Krasniqi stated that this blessed day reminds us that in the face of challenges, injustice, or pain, values such as compassion, understanding, and forgiveness must prevail.
“My mercy encompasses all things.” (Surah Al-A’raf)
“This day reminds us that personal sacrifice for the sake of a greater good is the essence of Eid al-Adha,” he wrote.
Krasniqi expressed his hope that these values would guide citizens in their daily lives and inspire greater solidarity and dedication to the homeland, concluding his message with:
“May God bless our people.”
