Paris Guri, a Member of Parliament from the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), stated that acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti has publicly indicated he has no interest in finding a solution for the creation of institutions.
“There is no attempt [to find a solution] because the Prime Minister has even publicly stated that the people have no interest in this issue being resolved,” Guri declared ahead of the 36th continuation of the constitutive session. “While we should be here today discussing the electricity failure, we have to gather and discuss whether to vote secretly or openly.”
Guri emphasized that the responsibility for forming institutions belongs to the largest party, and they must change their approach. “It’s a worrying situation, and the leading party must change its approach, because the responsibility for creating institutions belongs to them,” Guri said.
