Shkëlqim Raci has successfully completed the Captain Career Course in Logistics at the Army Sustainment University in Fort Lee, Virginia, USA.
In addition to graduating from this prestigious program, Raci was awarded the “Distinguished International Honor Graduate” — the highest recognition given to an international student for outstanding academic and professional performance throughout the course.
This achievement not only marks a personal milestone for Captain Raci, but also serves as a dignified representation of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) on the international stage.
