A summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin is scheduled for the end of next week, a senior White House official said.
The location of the summit has not yet been decided, with possible options including the United Arab Emirates, Hungary, Switzerland, and Rome. Discussions over the date and venue are ongoing, and the timing and details remain very unclear.
At the same time, according to the same source, the Russian side has already presented a list of demands related to a possible ceasefire.
Washington is working to secure Kyiv’s approval as well as the support of its European allies.
