A traffic accident that occurred last month in the village of Rashiq in Peja ended tragically today, as the driver succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash.
Sources from Rks News report that the victim is Art Dervishaj, approximately 21 years old, who on July 16, 2025, at around 8:20 PM, was involved in a single-vehicle accident and suffered bodily injuries. After initial treatment, he was transferred for further medical care in North Macedonia.
Today, August 9, 2025, at around 8:00 AM, authorities were notified of his death. The on-duty prosecutor from the Peja Prosecutor’s Office has been informed, and the case is being investigated by the Regional Traffic Unit in Peja.
