Search operations by the Coast Guard are ongoing in Paliouri, Halkidiki, for a 12-year-old and a 20-year-old of Russian origin who went snorkeling and have not returned.
After authorities were alerted by their relatives, the Unified Search and Rescue Coordination Center mobilized two Coast Guard vessels, a land vehicle, and a helicopter from the Air Forces, all of which are surveying the area in an effort to locate them.
So far, there has been no sign of the missing tourists, and strong winds in the area are making the search operations difficult.
