The Central Election Commission (CEC) has accepted the decision of the Electoral Panel for Complaints and Requests (PZAP) regarding the certification of the Serb List.

Valmir Elezi, spokesperson for the CEC, confirmed to Express that parties affected by the decision have the right to appeal to the Supreme Court within 48 hours.

“I can confirm that the Central Election Commission has accepted the PZAP decision concerning the complaint submitted to this institution. Parties have the right to appeal this decision within 48 hours to the Supreme Court. The CEC will await the finalization of the ruling,” Elezi said.

This move finalizes the PZAP ruling but leaves a short window for further legal action, ensuring that parties can still challenge the certification in the highest judicial body of Kosovo.
