A powerful 7.4 magnitude earthquake struck near the eastern coast of Russia’s Kamchatka region early today, according to seismic reports.

Epicenter and Depth

The earthquake’s epicenter was located 111.7 kilometers east of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, at a depth of 39 kilometers.
