Citizens have begun gathering to take part in the protest in The Hague against the Special Court.
Scheduled to start at 14:00 local time, the demonstration brings together Albanians from various countries around the world.
Shortly before the protest, some participants assembled near the Special Court, calling for justice for the former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army (UÇK).
The protest takes place one day before the defense is set to present evidence on behalf of the UÇK leaders.
