Former Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Besnik Tahiri, is visiting the United States, where he met with Mark Fleming, Director of the Office for Central and Western Europe at the U.S. Department of State.
Tahiri highlighted the importance of U.S.-Kosovo relations and described American support as vital for Kosovo’s path toward NATO integration and the advancement of the state.
“I wished him success in his work and requested his continued commitment to strengthening our partnership,” Tahiri wrote on his Facebook page following the meeting.
The meeting underlines the ongoing efforts to maintain strong bilateral relations and strategic cooperation between Kosovo and the United States.
