Leposaviq, Kosovo — A Serbian citizen was arrested early Thursday morning after attacking Kosovo Police officers at the Jarinjë border crossing in Leposaviq.
According to the Kosovo Police report, the incident occurred at 04:55 on October 2, 2025. One police officer sustained injuries and received medical treatment, while the suspect was immediately detained.
“A male Serbian citizen was arrested after attacking police officers. One officer received medical treatment, and the suspect was placed in detention by order of the prosecutor,” the police statement confirmed.
The case remains under investigation by the competent authorities.
