The Constitutional Court of Kosovo has officially released the full ruling regarding the request filed by Lista Srpska over the election of the Deputy Speaker representing the Serb community.
In its decision, the Court determined that the Assembly of Kosovo cannot be considered constituted until the Serb Deputy Speaker has been elected.
With the publication of the full ruling, the decision now enters into legal force, and Members of Parliament are obliged to complete the constitution of the Assembly within 12 days from the date the ruling takes effect.
