A foreign national was arrested in Lipjan on November 11, 2025, on suspicion of child exploitation in pornography, according to the 24-hour police report.
Authorities reported that a mobile phone believed to have been used in committing the crime was seized from the suspect.
“A foreign national suspect has been arrested on suspicion of committing the aforementioned crime. The phone suspected to have been used in the offense was confiscated, and by prosecutor’s decision, the suspect has been taken into custody,” the police statement reads.
