The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has announced that preparations are being made to charge Serbia as the state responsible for the crimes committed during the war in Kosovo.
Kurti made these comments during tributes in honor of the martyrs of the Muliqi family.
“Preparations are underway to charge Serbia as the state responsible for the crimes committed during the war in Kosovo, which are crimes against humanity and genocide,” said Kurti.
Kurti called on the State Prosecutor’s Office to engage fully day and night, so that the murderers, for whom there are living witnesses, are pursued, charged, and punished because injustice with truth alone leaves wounds open.
