During Tuesday’s Cabinet meeting, where he once again invoked the nickname “Sleepy Joe” in reference to President Joe Biden, Donald Trump appeared unusually fatigued.
Cameras in the White House captured multiple instances when Trump’s eyes seemed to close as his secretaries reported, prompting speculation about his alertness during the session. The meeting lasted nearly three hours, and observers note that the intensive pace combined with his age, 79, may have contributed to apparent drowsiness.
This is not an isolated occurrence. Trump was reportedly similarly drowsy in his office on November 6, during remarks from Health Secretary Robert Kennedy.
Following these episodes, some media outlets raised questions about the president’s health, though both Trump and White House officials have firmly denied any concern, asserting that his health remains excellent.
