Tomorrow, Kosovo will hold early parliamentary elections, with approximately 2 million citizens eligible to vote expected to choose the new composition of the Assembly of Kosovo.

The electoral process will take place across 948 Voting Centers, with a total of 2,614 polling stations. Of these, 910 centers with 2,557 polling stations are designated for regular voting, while 38 centers with 57 polling stations will serve conditional voting.

A total of 1,146 candidates from 23 political parties are competing for seats in the Assembly.

The Kosovo Police have prepared a comprehensive operational plan to ensure election security and have encouraged citizens to report any suspected irregularities. In addition, around 100 prosecutors have been engaged to oversee the electoral process.

The Ombudsperson Institution will also monitor the elections, including voting in detention facilities and residential homes for the elderly.

Meanwhile, KEDS has finalized its operational plan to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply, deploying 1,049 workers organized into 140 teams. Each polling station will have rapid response teams, while a central technical commission will monitor the electoral process in real time.
